Q How do I register?
Click the orange Log In/Register button at the top right of our page and submit your basic information. Enter some basic information including name, email, and company name, verify your email address, and begin browsing for the print ads from over 4,000 titles.
Q Where do I log in as a first-time user?
Once you've navigated to the Mediafiche portal, click on the Log In/Register button and enter your basic information. Mediafiche will immediately send a link to your email address, and after clicking the link to confirm, you will be directed back to the Mediafiche portal. Then, you will be fully registered to search and browse the print titles.

Q How does the Search + Browse feature work?
Mediafiche allows you to search
for publications, using highly-targeted search filters. These filters include:
- Magazine Title
- National vs. Regional Titles
- Consumer or National Publications
- Market Category (e.g. Health, Action Sports, etc.)
- And more!
Make an Offer
Q Is an offer binding for both media buyers and sellers?
Yes. Once an offer/counter-offer is accepted by the receiving party, that offer becomes binding.
Q How long is an offer active?
An offer or counter-offer is active for 48 hours unless the timeframe is extended. If an offer expires, please contact our Customer Support team at info@mediafiche.ai.
Q Do offers expire?
Yes.
An offer will expire after the 48-hour offer clock has expired.
Q Can I save my offer before I submit it to the publisher?
Yes.
Offers and counter-offers can be saved.
Q How many times can I counter-offer?
Mediafiche allows two counter-offers during the negotiation process: one from the media seller and one from the media buyer.
Q Who sees my offers and counter-offers?
An
offer or counter-offer can ONLY be seen by the sender and the recipient of the
particular sender or recipient.
Q Is there a dollar limit on the size of an offer or counter-offer?
No.
Q Can I buy ads in multiple issues of the same magazine?
Yes.
Payment + Order Confirmation
Q How do I pay for my ad purchase?
The payment is processed through the Mediafiche payments gateway.
Q How will I receive an IO or order confirmation?
An order
confirmation will be sent at the time an offer is accepted.
Proof-of-Performance
Q How will I receive a proof-of-performance?
Mediafiche will mail you the magazine(s) your ad ran in, and you will receive these copies in 10 - 12 days after the
on-sale date. If you do not receive your proof-of-performance within this
timeframe, please contact the Mediafiche Customer Support team at info@mediafiche.ai.
Q Can I receive a digital version of my proof-of-performance?
Yes, you can
request a digital copy of your proof-of-performance from the publisher.
